Through out the summer we offer fresh seafood which Kieran selects personally from Birmingham fish market. From mussels, hand dived scallops and fresh lobster to a full 'fruit de mer'. All priced according to the market.
All our fish is hand picked by Kieran from Birmingham fish market along with a weekly delivery fresh from Grimsby docks.
Kieran prides himself on using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible.
All our dressings are made using Mellow Yellow Northamptonshire Rapeseed Oil .He also cooks all the meat & fish in this oil, which boasts its own distinct flavour.
Our beef is produced from farms across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire, the beef is hung & matured for 28 days. Kieran’s famous belly of pork is Gloucester Old Spot Free Range.
Available Sunday 12 noon - 4pm we also offer a bar menu.
